Transcriptional Profiles of Mitochondrial Dynamics Markers Are Disturbed in Adrenal Glands of Stressed Adult Male Rats

Mitochondrial dynamics plays a significant role in shaping the mitochondrial network and maintaining function. Imbalanced can cause dysfunction leading to wide range of diseases/disorders. Changes evident representatives every process dynamics. Markers mitobiogenesis changed up 62.5%-(5/8) 87.5%-(7/8) mitofusion 100%-(3/3) 66.7%-(5/8) medulla, while all mitofission mitophagy glands. Moreover, almost functionality changed: 83.3%-(5/6) adrenal, 66.7%-(4/6) Accordingly, highlights impact on gland.
